Centaurian Labs Affiliate Exclusivity Policy

1. Exclusivity Requirement
By enrolling in the Centaurian Labs Affiliate Program, affiliates agree to exclusively promote and represent Centaurian Labs peptide products in Canada. Affiliates may not promote, market, or accept compensation from any competing peptide or research chemical brand within Canada for the duration of their participation in this program.

2. Conflict of Interest
Affiliates must avoid any activity that creates a conflict of interest with Centaurian Labs. This includes, but is not limited to, direct or indirect involvement in the marketing, sales, or representation of other peptide companies within Canada.

3. Duration of Exclusivity
The exclusivity requirement is binding for as long as the affiliate remains an active participant in the Centaurian Labs Affiliate Program. Termination of participation in the program immediately ends this exclusivity obligation.

4. Breach of Agreement
Any breach of this exclusivity policy may result in immediate termination from the affiliate program, forfeiture of any unpaid commissions, and removal of access to affiliate resources.

5. Acknowledgement
By joining the Centaurian Labs Affiliate Program, the affiliate acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Exclusivity Policy.
