Shipping & Refund Policy

Processing & Shipping

All orders are processed once payment has been received in full. Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping times vary by location and carrier. Centaurian Labs is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, or customs clearance.

Canadian Orders

Orders shipped within Canada may be subject to applicable GST/HST (once active). Customers will see any taxes added at checkout.

International Orders

Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs fees when entering the destination country. These charges are not collected by Centaurian Labs and remain the responsibility of the buyer. Centaurian Labs is not liable for packages delayed, held, or returned by customs.

Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has shipped.

Refunds may only be issued if an order cannot be fulfilled due to inventory issues on our end. If this occurs, you will be contacted and refunded promptly.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product(s). We will review the case and, at our discretion, arrange a replacement.
